Condolences from Around the World
Bull Wagner - Instituto Takemussu, Brasil
“When I and my students saw this photo of Kato
Sensei in action in 2003 we knew that he had
something very special to share with us. In 2004,
fortunately, he accepted our invitation to come to
teach in our country. Since that time ahead we
started having contact with him almost every year
in Brazil.
Thanks to his generosity and strong desire of teaching the Aikido he learned from the
Founder, a new vision about the possibilities of the Way were opened to us.
He is now part of Brazilian Aikido History and will live always in our minds and hearts.
Our condolences to his family, friends and students.”

"I had the good fortune to know and train with Hiroshi Kato when we invited him to
Venezuela to give a seminar. Kato Sensei touched everyone's hearts with his charisma,
his sympathetic manner, and his authentic style of Aikido. He left a feeling of sincerity
and honesty as he traveled through our nation. We have lost one off the great ones.
Blessings and peace to his spirit!"
